Anne is a Partner in the Private Client Department. She specialises in:

After qualifying, Anne worked for a number of years with a leading Edinburgh practice before moving to Perthshire where, for almost 15 years as one of three partners in a rural practice. She gained extensive experience in a wide range of Private Client matters with overall responsibility for the firm's conveyancing business. Since her return to her native Aberdeen, as well as consolidating this Private Client expertise. Anne has gained experience in Commercial Conveyancing with a particular emphasis on Development.

Callum joined Raeburn Christie as an honours graduate from Edinburgh University in 1980 and was assumed as partner in 1986. On the merger to form Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace in 2004, Callum was appointed head of the merged organisation’s expanded commercial property team and he also sits on the firm’s Management Committee.
Away from the office, Callum enjoys cycling and hill-walking, primarily to limit damage caused by his other interests, cookery and wine.

She tutors Civil Court Practice to students undertaking the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen.

This provided invaluable experience of the oil & gas industry. David is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. David is also qualified in Scots and English Law.

Jim was educated at Banchory Academy and Robert Gordon's College. He graduated in law at the University of Aberdeen in 1975. After some years in our Aberdeen and Ellon Offices in 1989 Jim returned to head up the Banchory Office which services our clients throughout middle and upper Deeside.

Kate trained in Edinburgh and came to Aberdeen in 1980 to work in private practice, joining the firm some nine years later after having her family. She has a background in Private Client and Property Law and has been Head of the Private Client Department for five years. She regularly tutors on the Professional Competence Course for young lawyers and was formerly a tutor in Finance and Investment in the legal diploma. Her main area of work is in looking after the interests of our more elderly clients.
Kate has been the honorary Finnish Consul in Aberdeen since 1994.
Kate keeps fit by jogging, skiing in the winter and sailing in the summer.

Mike Taylor graduated in 1969 and joined the firm at that time as an apprentice. He is still here now acting as Managing Partner. While his duties in this area take up much of his time, he is still active in the Liquor Licensing Law field, sitting on the Law Society Licensing Law Sub-Committee, and regularly appearing before Licensing Boards, throughout the north-east.












Neil is a partner in the Private Client Department. He specialises in:

Neil is the author of “Legal Rights, and Essential Validity of Wills”, Stair Memorial Encylopaedia of the Laws of Scotland." He is also a convenor and speaker at various Law Society of Scotland courses on Wills and Tax as well as being a tutor in the Private Client Course at the University of Aberdeen from 1981 to the present day. Neil was the first solicitor in Scotland to qualify for the Investment Advice Certificate, Securities Institute of the Stock Exchange.
In his spare time he is involved with the Mar Orienteering Club, Upper Deeside Rotary, and Fellow of Society of Antiquaries of Scotland.
