Graham is a Consultant in the firm’s Commercial Property Department. With some 30 years’ experience, Graham has a wealth of knowledge about a wide range of commercial property matters. In recent years he has focused on residential property development and has acted for a variety of companies ranging from small developers to national house builders. He has detailed understanding of many aspects of housebuilding, has dealt with complex agreements and is familiar with all aspects of legal work pertaining to the sector including purchases and sales, option agreements, planning and related agreements as well as funded related work.   Graham has also been involved with general commercial property work including acquisitions, sales and leases.   Additionally he has extensive experience in dealing with licensing transactions and is familiar with the terms of The Licensing (Scotland) Act, 2005.

Graham takes pride in paying particular attention to clients’ needs and believes that the way to approach clients and transactions is by taking a pragmatic approach and never losing sight of the importance of finalising deals.

Career History

Graham spent 8 years in Local Government before joining Ledingham Chalmers where he remained until 2017. Graham joined Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace in August, 2017.
