Kirsten has broad experience of dealing with a variety of both contentious and non-contentious Sheriff Court matters.  Of particular current focus, Kirsten has built up a wide ranging experience of dealing with Sheriff Court cases falling under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000.  This includes making applications to the Sheriff Court for welfare and financial guardianship orders and intervention orders.   Should any dispute arise, Kirsten always aims to find a resolution through negotiation and persuasion, however has extensive litigation experience should court action become necessary.
