Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCCW) is closely monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak and from the beginning of the pandemic we have been following the advice issued by the UK and Scottish Governments.
The health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and other contacts is our priority and will remain so.
All of our offices have been closed to the public since Monday 23 March, and are still closed, but we remain fully open for business.
As the Scottish Government has moved into phase two of their route map and has started to ease lockdown measures, we are now in a position to recommence our estate agency services.
With effect from Wednesday July 1st you will be able to book sales valuation and property viewing appointments. Our property services staff will be working remotely and our offices remain closed.
Appointments can be made over the telephone or via email, our contact details are listed here:

In order to meet UK and Scottish Government guidelines on social distancing and safety we have introduced a number of new measures for valuation and viewing visits. More information about these measures being introduced can be found here for valuation visits, and here for property viewings.
We understand that clients will be concerned to know that their affairs are being managed, and RCCW are committed to continuing our highly regarded service to the extent possible in these most difficult and challenging circumstances.
All our staff have been asked to remain safe at home while the current lockdown continues, and a number of our staff are still on furlough and therefore not available to work while the current crisis continues. However, we have retained sufficient staff to continue to process current work, and to deal with new enquiries.
For current work, if you contact your usual RCCW contact using the normal email address you will be advised whether he or she is still working and available, or you will be provided with an alternative email address to contact.
We apologise for putting clients to this additional work, and we have to acknowledge that there may be a short delay in responding to you, but we know that our clients and other contacts will understand why we have had to review our working practices and we know that everyone will bear with us during this period.
If you have a new enquiry, we can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org , if you have a property related enquiry please contact us at email@example.com, and again we will respond as soon as possible.
With Government advice being updated regularly, we will update this statement from time to time as we move out of lockdown and begin to re-open our offices. Re-opening will only happen if we are satisfied that we can do so in a manner which protects our clients and staff.
