Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCCW) is still closely monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak and from the beginning of the pandemic we have been following the advice issued by the UK and Scottish Governments.
The health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and other contacts is our priority and will remain so.
All of our offices have been closed to public access since the original lockdown on 23 March last year, and at the present time our offices remain closed to the public, but we remain fully open for business.
We recommenced our property services, including sales valuations and property viewing appointments, in July last year and at the present time property sales valuations, viewings and house moves are still permitted subject to social distancing guidelines and subject to strict COVID protocols which we have in place. We understand that clients will be concerned to know that their affairs are being managed, and RCCW are committed to continuing our highly regarded service to the extent possible in these most difficult and challenging circumstances.
Our staff are working remotely, and we are aiming to provide as normal a service as is possible given current Scottish Government guidance and the instruction for everyone to remain at home wherever possible.
While there is still no public access to our offices, our staff will be able to assist you via telephone or online meetings, and where necessary paperwork will be sent to you for review and approval. In most instances paperwork can now be digitally authorised, and where that is not the case we will put in place appropriate measures for signing and handover of documents.

We will respond as soon as possible, but we ask our clients to bear with us as the current working arrangements we are meantime required to endure may mean some delays to our usual levels of service and response times.
With Government advice being updated regularly, we will amend this statement from time to time to reflect the ever changing environment. In line with the current Scottish Government Guidance we are not in a position to re-open our offices to the public, but rest assured as soon as we can do so we shall.
