Debt Collection
We act for a wide variety of clients in connection with the collection of debts both large and small. Housing
Both our Litigation and Commercial Departments act for a large housing association. In the Litigation Department we advise on various issues that arise such as recovery of possession, tenants rights, factoring charges and shared occupancy agreements. We have dealt with hundreds of cases through the local Sheriff Court on behalf of the Association and also on behalf of private landlords for whom we act.
