If required, drafting and issuing appropriate Pre-Action Requirement Information (actions based on rental arrears).

If required, instruction of Sheriff Officers to effect service of the Notice(s) upon the tenant(s) and reporting to you.

Obtaining your instruction with regard to raising an Application to the First-Tier Tribunal (Housing & Property Chamber);
Drafting and Issuing S11 Notice;
Drafting the Form E Application;
Collating the required evidential documents;

Corresponding with the First-Tier Tribunal where appropriate; and
Noting the date and location of the Case Management Discussion and updating you.

Stage 2a 
If required, we will draft a second Application for an Order for Payment and lodge that along with the Application for Eviction.

Preparing submissions;
Travelling to first Case Management Discussion (within 5 mile radius of Aberdeen City Centre);
Waiting for case to call; and
Attend first Case Management Discussion on your behalf and represent your interests (up to 1 hour of advocacy).

Obtaining the Order from the First-Tier Tribunal (Housing & Property Chamber), reviewing and providing you with copy of same;
Discussing enforcement options with you and obtaining your instruction;
Instructing Sheriff Officers accordingly; and
Obtaining Sheriff Officers’ report and updating you.

Non-Standard
Any work that falls out with the stages noted above will be charged as agreed with you  following further discussion (exclusive of outlays and VAT).
This will include:
• Consideration of any Response Form and advising you;
• Preparation for and attendance at any subsequent Case Management Discussion; and
• Preparation for and attendance at any Evidential Hearing.
