Coronavirus Update (January 2021)
Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCCW) is still closely monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak and from the beginning of the pandemic we have been following the advice issued by the UK and Scottish Governments. The health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and other contacts is our priority and will remain so.
All of our offices have been closed to public access since the original lockdown on 23 March last year, and at the present time our offices remain closed to the public, but we remain fully open for business.
We recommenced our property services, including sales valuations and property viewing appointments, in July last year and at the present time property sales valuations, viewings and house moves are still permitted subject to social distancing guidelines and subject to strict COVID protocols which we have in place. We understand that clients will be concerned to know that their affairs are being managed, and RCCW are committed to continuing our highly regarded service to the extent possible in these most difficult and challenging circumstances.
Our staff are working remotely, and we are aiming to provide as normal a service as is possible given current Scottish Government guidance and the instruction for everyone to remain at home wherever possible.
