RCCW bolsters Residential Property Department with Three internal Partner Promotions
Raeburn Christie Clark and Wallace has promoted three members of its Residential Property team to partner across its north east branch network. The prominent legal firm’s latest promotions strengthen its well- established and highly respected Residential Property department.
Anne Littlejohn, who joined RCCW in 2012 has extensive experience in residential conveyancing matters across Aberdeen City and Shire, she is based at the firm’s ‘Property Shop’ at 399 Union Street. Also based at the Union Street branch is Gavin Cooper, a solicitor with over 25 years’ residential conveyancing experience in the north east. He joined RCCW in 2013 and focuses on supporting clients across a range of property matters. Boosting branch representation at partner level is Scott Rennie who joined the firm as an associate in 2019 when RCCW took over Connons of Stonehaven. Based in RCCW’s Stonehaven branch, Scott assists clients in buying and selling properties across the Stonehaven and Kincardinshire area.

It reflects our 30% increase in property transaction volume (ASPC, 2022), driven primarily by the demand for out of town living /hybrid working as well as our overall increase in market share post pandemic (ASPC, 2022). We are delighted that they are joining the partnership and wish them every success in their new roles”.
