Marketing Your Property
We offer a free, no obligation market valuation of your property carried out by one of our experienced Property Consultants. Following your valuation, you will receive a quote highlighting the relevant fees and outlays to be expected in the sale of your property.
When you are ready to put your property on the market for sale, our Property Consultant will arrange to re-visit your property to take full details to allow them to create a Schedule of Particulars and will help you to arrange a Home Report. We will also arrange for a professional photographer to take internal and external images of your home.
Finding a Buyer
Your property will be advertised online both on our website and social media channels. We are a member of the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre (“ASPC”) and the property will also be advertised on their website and social media platforms. We will also display details of your property throughout our office network and can arrange for press advertising and further digital marketing if required. We are committed to helping you sell your home as quickly as possible.
