Faye is a Partner in our Family Law team.  Having practised almost exclusively in Family Law throughout her career, Faye has a broad range of experience in all aspects of Family Law including disputes concerning children, separations, divorces, cohabitation and adoptions.  Faye successfully resolves many of her cases outside court but also appears regularly within the Sheriff Courts.

She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law and as Family Law Mediator, and is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer.

With a calm and pragmatic approach, Faye endeavours to resolve cases in a client focussed manner and as amicably as possible.
