As Head of the firm’s Commercial Property Department, Heather advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of commercial property with particular emphasis on residential development purchases and sales, option agreements, securities, commercial property acquisitions and disposals and commercial property leasing. She also has extensive experience dealing with the property aspects of corporate transactions.
