Kim has specialised in all aspects of residential property since qualifying in 2009 and has built up an extensive knowledge in the area by providing an in-depth, friendly and professional service to a wide range from clients, from a first-time buyer, a family looking for a larger property to an investor.  Kim joined the firm in 2021 and heads up the Residential Conveyancing Team based in Inverurie.

Kim understands the importance of taking the time to ascertain each clients’ position and explaining what can seem a very daunting process.  Providing clear and practical advice is key and Kim strives to make the whole process, whether buying, selling, re-mortgaging or transferring residential property as stress free and efficient as possible.
