She is level 3 and 5 CIPD qualified and is responsible for developing the HR strategy together with our Managing Partner, Callum McDonald and delivering fair, consistent and reliable advice to both management and staff, thereby ensuring best work practices firm-wide and an encouraging and supportive environment.

Discerning and perceptive throughout the recruitment process, Michelle endeavours to ensure only the most suitable of candidates are selected and positioned within the Firm, to successfully ensure a diverse, multi-talented, inclusive and engaged workforce, to meet the needs and requirements of the Firm’s partners, staff and clientele.

Michelle has strong administrative and organisational skills, is efficient in her response, and honest in her approach, to all staffing requirements.  With a strong focus on approachability and employee voice, Michelle acts as Secretary to our Staff Liaison Committee and provides a supportive, efficient and proactive support role and is fully committed to gaining employee’s trust and co-operation, ensuring a pleasant working environment and dedicated workforce, for all at RCCW.
