The town has primary and secondary schooling, a Co-op supermarket, post office, GP surgery and dentist. The town attracts tourists thanks to its attractive harbour and the stunning Dunnottar castle. Stonehaven is well served by cafes, pubs, restaurants and fish and chip shops. Its market square hosts a monthly farmers’ market.
