Leigh Chapman

Leigh joined the firm in 2016.

Leigh has a specialist paralegal qualification in company law.  She assists with all aspects of company secretarial work including company incorporations, Companies House filings and compliance. 

Leigh can also assist with preparation of board minutes and shareholder resolutions.

Additional Information

Keeping your filings at Companies House up to date can be time-consuming.   The “reminders” sent by Companies House can look threatening.  Leigh can help take the stress out of ensuring that filings are correct and up to date.
