Our Ellon Branch occupies a prominent central position at 7 The Square, Ellon, with large display windows on both The Square and Station Road, providing excellent exposure for sale and lease properties. Parking is readily available.
Our Branch Partner Partner Jamie Nixon has considerable experience in country practice and has lived locally for some 10 years. June Calder is our property consultant who has been involved in property sales for over 20 years. They are backed up by a team of property assistants and secretaries, who are all dedicated to provide clients with a professional and personal service in a friendly manner.
The Ellon office deals with all aspects of property work including sales, purchases, transfer of title, remortgages and discharges and also private client work such as preparation of Wills, Codicils and Powers of Attorney. Meetings can also be arranged with an independent Financial and Mortgage advisor at our Ellon office for those clients who find it inconvenient to travel to Aberdeen.
