RCCW re-accredited as STEP Employer Partner
Raeburn Christie Clark and Wallace a leading North east Solicitor, Estate Agency and Financial Services LLP has recently been re-accredited as a STEP Employer Partner.
STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) is the professional body for succession and tax planning advisers. STEP’s focus is to support and develop high professional standards and to contribute to discussions and policy development in family asset planning and management. Fully accredited STEP members are known as TEPs and are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with proven qualifications and experience.
STEP provides a range of qualifications that reflect its standards. The STEP Diploma indicates that the adviser has the highest level of knowledge and practical experience in Will writing, the administration of trusts and estates, as well as tax planning. In addition to their stringent qualification programme all STEP members subscribe to a Code of Professional Conduct requiring them to act with integrity, maintain legal and regulatory knowledge and to inspire the respect, confidence and trust from not only their clients but the wider community.
Currently RCCW have 3 members of their Private Client Team who have achieved the STEP Diploma, with one staff member about to start their accreditation journey.
