RCCW’s Banchory Branch boosted by promotion and new staff.
Leading north east estate agency, solicitor and financial services provider Raeburn Christie Clark and Wallace LLP have promoted Jane Merson to Branch Principal at their Banchory branch. Jane started her legal career at RCCW, completing her traineeship at the firm in 2014. She then worked for another North East Law firm, returning to RCCW in October 2022 where she took up the role of associate solicitor, specialising in Residential Conveyancing at the firm’s Banchory branch.
Jane is supported by a highly qualified team of legal and property experts, including two property sales assistants, a paralegal and a legal secretary, and is joined this month by Shona Coull who will be taking up the role of Property Consultant.
Shona has extensive Scottish residential property experience, having previously worked for a number of North east lettings and estate agency firms. She has a passion for property, and her marketing, customer service and project management skills will benefit the branch and its large client base in Banchory and across Deeside.
