Carolyn has almost 30 years’ experience in the new homes sector and has a deep understanding of the many issues faced by housebuilders. She helps lead a team supporting housebuilders in both setting up development sites and also the onward sales of individual new build properties. Carolyn advises in relation to a wide array of legal issues including the drafting of missives and related documentation for a variety of incentivised sales schemes and the drafting and implementation of deeds of conditions in respect of residential developments.
