Experience to assist you

Fiona is an experienced and able family lawyer. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995, and since then she  has dealt almost exclusively with family law cases.  Fiona has a wealth of knowledge to apply to her more complex and difficult cases. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law, and since 2005 has been  a trained  Collaborative Lawyer.

Fiona  strives to resolve her cases in an amicable fashion if  possible.  However, she is also an experienced and tenacious litigator should court action become necessary.

Going the extra mile

Fiona has a calm,  and sympathetic  approach, which is of tremendous benefit in the often stressful field of family law practice.  She has been commended  by her clients for her clear and pragmatic advice. Her experience in the family law field means that other solicitors often refer their more complicated family law cases to her.
