Lois joined the firm in 2023. She has several years experience in financial services. Lois was a Customer Relationship Manager after graduating from RGU with a Law and Management degree and then went on to be a Paraplanner. As a Customer Relationship Manager, Lois specialised in new build mortgages and has a good knowledge of the complexities this can involve and ways to prepare for this.

Going the extra mile

Lois’ goal is to ensure her clients feel fully supported every step of the way, that they understand the process from start to finish so there are no hidden surprises and trust that she has been able to source the best available mortgage deal for them based on their circumstances. Lois will aim to adapt the conversation depending on her audience (first-time buyer or experienced buyer) to ensure all information is provided and they are left with a good understanding of the process. Building lasting relationships with her clients is of utmost importance and she will do everything possible to ensure they get their dream home.

Lois holds the CeMap qualification and will shortly sit her CeRER to be able to advise on equity release. She holds the LP2 qualification for Financial Services Products and Solutions which includes mortgage advice, protection and interest only repayment vehicles.

Other roles

Lois is a member of the Grampian Kidney Patients Association (charity). Having had a transplant previously, raising awareness for organ donation and raising funds to improve the quality of life for dialysis patients is very important to her.
