Sarah can assist clients with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and security work, transfer of title and part-exchange.

Going the extra mile

Since joining the firm in 2012 Sarah has experienced nearly every role in the Property Department, from the Estate Agency side in assisting clients to get their property on the market to now, conducting the legal work for residential sales and purchases and more.  This experience allows her to give her clients fully comprehensive guidance at what can be a highly stressful and challenging time.  Sarah’s ability to listen to her clients and discuss sometimes complex legal aspects in a straightforward and personable manner has allowed her to build excellent client relationships.
