Scott has 10 years experience of general legal practice working in Aberdeen, and for the last 6 years in his home town of Stonehaven. Scott specialises in buying and selling residential property for his clients and has an in depth knowledge of the property market in Stonehaven and the surrounding area. Scott is also experienced in drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney for his clients and also in providing initial advice on other legal matters in conjunction with our specialist teams in Aberdeen

Scott joined RCCW as part of our Merger with Connons of Stonehaven in 2019 and remains focussed on providing approachable and friendly legal advice to clients new and old. He has always strived to build personal relationships with his clients to ensure he can give the best advice tailored to that clients circumstances. Being the son of a successful joinery and building contractor Scott has a particular interest in property development and enjoys assisting his clients involved in this area identifying properties that provide an opportunity for development.
