We have a long established and well respected house building team with extensive industry experience acting for house builders of all sizes across the whole of Scotland.
We understand the challenges that our developer clients face and provide practical, forward thinking advice and solutions. Experienced in acting for national house builders, we have the background, knowledge and resources in place to provide our clients with an efficient and high quality service. We can provide a tailored service to assist at all stages of development projects including:-
- Site acquisitions and site assembly
- Option and promotion agreements – for long term strategic land
- Advising on and obtaining off-site rights – for example access or drainage rights
- Advice on planning matters, including s 75 (planning) agreements and other statutory agreements
- Development set up – getting it right before you bring your product to the market
- Plot sales, including the disposal of social and affordable housing
